Westbrook Lanes Family Bowling Center ("Westbrook Lanes", "we", "us") operates this website and the bowling centre at 1 Creek Road, Brooklawn, NJ 08030. You can reach us on (856) 456-2692 or at john@westbrooklanes.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you hand us. That means the details you type into a form on this site — your name, email address, phone number, and, if you choose to give them, your postal address, date of birth and the first names and birthdays of children you register for our Birthday Club.
Like most websites, our hosting also records ordinary technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We use it to keep the site working and to stop abuse, not to build a profile of you.
We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Birthday Club entries are submitted by a parent or guardian, and we use a child's first name and birth date for nothing except sending that family a birthday offer.
What we do with it
We use your details to send you what you asked for — your $10 open bowling certificate, a birthday offer, or a reply to your enquiry — and to contact you about your booking, party or event.
If you opted in, we may also send you occasional news about specials, cosmic nights, leagues and events. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and it works.
Text messages
If you tick the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Westbrook Lanes — booking and party confirmations, and occasional marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of booking, buying anything, or bowling here.
Who else sees it
We share your information only with the service providers who help us run the business — our website host, email and text-message providers, and our booking and payment processors — and only so they can perform that service for us.
We do not sell your personal information. We will disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our guests and staff.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you are a customer or subscriber, and afterwards only as long as we need to for our records or to meet a legal obligation. Ask us to delete you and we will.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message, stop texts by replying STOP, or ask us to correct or delete your information by calling (856) 456-2692 or emailing john@westbrooklanes.com. We will not make you jump through hoops.
Cookies
This site stores a small amount of information in your own browser — for example, to remember accessibility settings you have chosen, or to carry your details between the steps of a signup form so you do not have to type them twice. That data stays on your device.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
